Dr. Syed completed her Medical Degree at Wayne State University Medical School. She received her Masters of Science and Bachelor of Science from Wayne State University Detroit, MI.

She completed her Residency at Toledo Hospital Family Practice in Ohio. Dr. Syed has completed a fellowship in Metabolic & Nutritional Medicine from the Academy of Anti Aging & Regenerative Medicine. She has board certifications in both Family Practice and Metabolic & Nutritional Medicine. Dr. Syed's main interests are functional and preventative medicine; however, she practices primary care for the entire family, from birth to geriatrics.

She approaches each patient with a combination of holistic, alternative and traditional medicine. Her main objective is to prevent disease, and if present to verify it's cause in order to re-balance the body. She also speaks fluent Spanish.
